Design Development Detailed renderings and construction drawings showing exactly what we’ll build. You’ll see your activation before we cut a single piece of material.

Fabrication Building happens in our shop with regular progress updates. We construct, finish, brand, and quality-check every component.

Logistics Coordination We manage delivery timing, venue access, loading dock schedules, and installation windows—coordinating with your team and venue contacts.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size activations can you build?

We scale to your needs. Single photo backdrops and branded stations on the smaller end, complete venue transformations with multiple interactive zones on the larger end. Our shop handles builds up to 1,500 square feet; larger installations are fabricated in sections and assembled on-site. Tell us your footprint and we’ll confirm feasibility.

Can you build activations for outdoor events?

Yes. Outdoor activations require different engineering—weather-resistant materials, weighted bases or staking options, UV-stable graphics, and structures rated for wind loads. We’ve built festival booths, outdoor pop-ups, and street-level activations designed to perform in uncontrolled environments.

Do you travel outside New York?

We do. While most of our work is in the NYC metro area, we’ve shipped and installed activations across the East Coast and nationally for the right projects. Travel builds include crated shipping, travel expenses for our installation crew, and coordination with local labor if needed.

What’s included in an activation quote?

Our quotes cover design and rendering, all materials and fabrication, delivery to your venue, installation by our crew, strike and removal, and return transport to our facility. We itemize everything so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Items like venue fees, permits, or electrical service are your responsibility but we’ll flag what you need.
