Casino Night Events & Parties

Bring the High-Stakes Thrill of Las Vegas to New York City

CoCo Events Inc. produces casino nights across the New York City area — authentic tables, professional dealers, and full setup and strike, from the initial consultation to the final hand dealt.

We scale from a single roaming blackjack dealer working a cocktail hour to a full casino floor for hundreds of guests. We’ve produced casino events for groups of 25 to over 1,000, as standalone parties or high-energy additions to holiday parties, galas, and team building days.

The LED Glow Casino

Our LED gaming tables turn the casino floor into the most photographed corner of the event. The glowing tables fit modern venues, evening galas, and brand-colored events — ask about matching the table lighting to your company colors.

How Many Casino Tables Do You Need?

Plan on roughly one table for every 12–15 guests — about 40–50% of the room is playing at any one time. Here’s how the games seat, so you can build the right mix:

  • Blackjack — seats 7 players per table; the easiest game for beginners and the backbone of most events.
  • Roulette — up to 8 players around the wheel; the most spectator-friendly game on the floor.
  • Craps — 12+ players per table; the loudest, highest-energy table at any casino night.
  • Poker — 8–10 players per table; ideal for structured tournaments and networking formats.

As a rule of thumb: a 50-guest party runs well on 4–5 tables, 100 guests on 7–8, 200 guests on 12–15, and larger galas scale from there.

How a Casino Night Runs

Guests arrive and receive their chips or funny money — personalized with the company name or guest of honor if you’ve chosen custom branding. Dealers walk newcomers through their first hands; nobody needs to know the rules walking in.

The floor runs for two to three hours with pit bosses keeping tables balanced and the energy moving. We announce the final hand, count chips, and close with the prize ceremony or raffle — the moment the whole night builds toward. Then we strike the floor while you say your goodbyes.

Casino Fundraisers That Raise More

Fundraiser casino nights work on a simple engine: guests purchase chips, play the floor, and convert winnings into raffle tickets or auction entries at the end of the night. The gaming keeps energy high for hours — far longer than a seated program — and the chip-to-prize conversion gives every guest a reason to stay to the finish.

We’ve produced fundraiser floors with sponsor-branded tables, custom funny money carrying the organization’s logo, and tournament formats that turn top donors into final-table competitors.

Corporate Poker Tournaments

For companies that want structure with their competition, we run full poker tournaments: professional dealers, a real blinds schedule, bracket play across multiple tables, and a final table the whole room gathers around. It’s the networking format that doesn’t feel like networking — and the bracket gives every department something to argue about until next year’s rematch.

Occasions We Produce

  • Corporate events & team building — professional poker tournaments, networking mixers, and casino floors that get departments talking.
  • Charitable fundraisers — high-energy gaming formats where guests buy chips to compete for prizes or auction items, maximizing your organization’s night.
  • Private milestones — Sweet 16s, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthdays, and family reunions with age-appropriate gaming.
  • Holiday parties — the most requested holiday add-on we offer (see our holiday party page).
  • Weddings — casino corners during cocktail hour or the after-party.
  • School & alumni events — high school and college reunions with a Vegas floor instead of a punch bowl.

Standalone or Add-On

Run a full casino night as the main event, or drop tables into a party that’s already planned — even a single roaming blackjack dealer working the crowd. We scope it either way: one table, a few dealers, or the whole floor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Casino Party Planning Services in New York City

What casino games do you offer?

Blackjack, roulette, craps, and poker, plus specialty options — all with professional dealers and casino-quality equipment, including LED glow tables.

How many tables do we need for our guest count?

Plan for roughly 40–50% of guests playing at once: about 4–5 tables for 50 guests, 7–8 for 100, and 12–15 for 200. We confirm the right mix for your room, floor space, and crowd.

Do you provide dealers?

Yes — professional dealers come with every table, and large events get floor supervisors and pit bosses to manage the floor and run tournaments.

Is real gambling involved?

No. Guests play with chips and funny money for prizes, which keeps the night fun and the format appropriate for corporate events, fundraisers, and family celebrations. For chip-purchase fundraiser formats, we’ll flag where local rules apply so your organization can confirm compliance.

Can you customize the casino night for our company?

Yes — custom-branded playing cards, personalized funny money, themed signage, and LED tables lit in your colors, up to fully fabricated Monte Carlo environments.

Is this a standalone event or an add-on?

Either. We produce full casino nights or add tables to your existing event — from one roaming blackjack dealer to a complete casino floor.
