For over 25 years, Coco Events has been the leader in event planning and entertainment. The CEO, James Cohn, started working in night clubs as a Disc Jockey and doing club promotion. His skills soon after landed him a position at New York’s #1 radio station Z-100 where he was known as Jim “Chopper” Cohn and worked for 10 years mixing and producing New York’s hottest dance parties.

Jim also had a top rated syndicated radio show in 20 cities across the country.

Simultaneously, Jim “Chopper” Cohn was writing, mixing and producing various dance artists in the US and Europe where his artists often landed on major labels like RCA and the #1 slot in several markets. Jim’s music and promotional skills led him to start offering his services at private social and corporate events and become a highly successful event planner.

With a staff of over 50 skilled event planners and producers, Coco Events has become the trend setter in cutting edge entertainment. Branding and customization has made Coco what it is today. All employees on site will be wearing face masks throughout the duration of the event.



All employees will be wearing gloves while operating any equipment/machinery.



Employees will wipe down all equipment/machinery after each use.



Hand sanitation stations will be available for guests to use before and after interacting with any product.



Floor tape will be used to ensure guests are kept at an appropriate distance while interacting with any product.



Sanitation spray will be used intermittently throughout the course of the event.



Disposable eye masks will be available for guests to use while wearing virtual reality goggles.
