One thousand guests. An office building, not an event venue. Children from toddlers to teens, all at the same party, all needing to stay engaged.
The client had already been let down once and wasn’t interested in being let down again. The bar was simple to state and hard to hit: make it amazing for the kids, at a scale where any gap shows.
A Fairy Garden theme carried through custom holiday décor, with the office transformed into distinct activity zones so families could move at their own pace instead of queuing for one attraction.
VR pods, Oculus stations, a flight simulator, VR bikes, a slide, and a virtual snowboard, enough capacity to keep throughput high across a thousand guests. Every station staffed by a trained operator.
Pac-Man Deluxe, LED skee-ball, laser tag, and a four-monitor video station gave older kids and teens a place to go head-to-head. Chaos, a four-player game, pulled groups in.
Giant Battleship and a giant Operation board turned familiar games into shared spectacles, the format that reliably draws parents in alongside their kids.
A 5-in-1 bounce gave the smallest attendees somewhere of their own, and a hosted Family Feud setup gave whole families something to do together.
The emotional center of the event. Children built and dressed their own bears and left with something they made, the kind of keepsake that outlasts the party by years.
Costumed carolers moved through the space, carrying the holiday feeling from zone to zone and tying the whole event together.
Load-in began a full day before the event. With this many activations going into a working office building, next-day setup wasn’t an option.
