How long do entertainers typically perform?
Most strolling entertainers book in 2-3 hour blocks. Performance acts range from 10-minute sets to 45-minute shows depending on the act. We’ll recommend appropriate timing based on your event schedule and guest count.
What do entertainers need from us?
Requirements vary by performer. Caricature artists need a table and chairs. Magicians need nothing but space. Aerialists need rigging points. We provide a complete rider for each entertainer so you know exactly what’s needed before booking.
Can we see entertainers before booking?
We share videos and photos of entertainers so you can see their style and quality before committing. For major bookings, live auditions or meet-and-greets can sometimes be arranged.
What if an entertainer cancels?
It’s rare, but we have backup plans. Our roster has depth, and we’ll find a replacement of equal quality if an emergency arises. We handle the scramble—you don’t.
