How far in advance should I book custom fabrication?
For complex builds with multiple elements, we recommend 6-8 weeks minimum. Simple backdrops and single-station builds can sometimes be completed in 2-3 weeks depending on our production schedule. Large-scale venue transformations or builds requiring custom materials may need 10-12 weeks. Contact us with your event date and we’ll confirm what’s realistic for your timeline.
What’s the difference between renting a photo booth and custom fabrication?
Our photo booth rentals are ready-to-deploy experiences from our existing inventory—magazine booths, 360 video, mirror booths. Custom fabrication means we design and build something that doesn’t exist yet, specifically for your event. A rental might be a mirror photo booth; custom fabrication might be a walk-in NYC subway car with your event’s graffiti and branding built from scratch.
Do you handle delivery and installation?
Yes. Every custom fabrication project includes delivery to your venue, professional installation by our crew, on-site support during your event if needed, and complete strike and removal afterward. You don’t need to hire separate vendors—we manage the entire process from our shop to your venue and back.
Can you work from my concept or do you create the designs?
Both. Some clients come to us with detailed sketches or inspiration images and we engineer their vision into a buildable design. Others share their brand, event objectives, and budget, and we develop creative concepts from scratch. Either way, you’ll see detailed renderings before we start building so you know exactly what you’re getting.
