Do you handle all social media for the event?
We handle on-site promotional elements and content capture. If you want us to post to your brand’s social channels in real-time, we can coordinate that with your marketing team or manage it directly with appropriate access. We don’t typically take over full social media management—we execute the promotional elements that generate content and sharing.
Can you guarantee influencer attendance?
We can help identify, invite, and coordinate with influencers, but attendance is ultimately their decision. We focus on making your event compelling enough that influencers want to attend and creating moments worth capturing once they’re there.
What’s included in a content package?
Standard content packages include edited photos (typically 50-150 selects depending on event size), a highlight video (1-2 minutes), and social-ready crops and cuts. Custom packages can include raw footage, extended edits, testimonial clips, and platform-specific content. We’ll scope based on your needs.
How do you handle photo releases for user-generated content?
For brand activations where you want to use guest content, we integrate release language into registration, check-in, or photo booth experiences. Guests opt in to sharing by participating. We’ll advise on appropriate language based on your usage intentions.
Can promotional elements be added to existing bookings?
Yes. If you’ve already booked entertainment or fabrication with us, promotional add-ons can typically be added up to 2 weeks before your event. Some elements (like influencer coordination) benefit from more lead time.
