What’s the difference between renting a photo booth and custom fabrication?
Our photo booth rentals are ready-to-deploy experiences from our existing inventory—magazine booths, 360 video, mirror booths, snow globes. You choose the booth, customize the branding, and we deliver it to your event. Custom fabrication means we design and build something that doesn’t exist yet, specifically for your event. A rental might be our magazine cover booth with your headlines; custom fabrication might be a walk-in NYC subway car built from scratch with your event’s graffiti and details.
How far in advance should I book?
For photo booth rentals, 2-4 weeks is typically sufficient, though popular dates book earlier. For custom fabricated photo experiences, we recommend 6-8 weeks minimum for complex builds. Simple custom backdrops may be possible in 3-4 weeks. Contact us with your date and we’ll confirm availability and timeline.
Can you match our event theme or brand colors?
Absolutely. Rental booths include custom branded overlays, print templates, and start screens in your colors and fonts. Custom fabricated builds are designed entirely around your theme—colors, logos, dimensional elements, props, and environmental details all tailored to your vision.
Do you provide photographers or just the booth?
Our rental photo booths include a professional attendant who manages the experience, assists guests, and ensures quality photos. For custom fabricated photo environments, we can include a photographer or you can use your own event photographer. We’ll set up lighting and camera positions either way.
What venues can accommodate photo booths?
Standard rental booths need approximately 8′ x 8′ of floor space with access to a standard electrical outlet. Custom fabricated builds vary—a simple backdrop wall needs less space than a walk-in locker room environment. We’ll review your venue specs and confirm what’s feasible. We work in hotel ballrooms, event venues, restaurants, corporate offices, private homes, outdoor tents, and retail spaces throughout the NYC area.
