Carnival Ride Rentals NYC

Carnival ride rentals bring the excitement of a full amusement park directly to your event. CoCo Events offers Ferris wheels, teacup rides, kiddie rides, carnival games, and midway attractions for corporate picnics, school carnivals, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and community festivals throughout NYC and the tri-state area.

Every carnival ride rental includes professional setup, certified ride operators, and all safety equipment. Whether you need a single kiddie ride or a complete carnival with 20+ attractions, we handle delivery, installation, staffing, and breakdown so you can focus on your guests.

Carnival Ride Rentals for Every Event

Our carnival ride inventory includes kiddie rides for younger guests, family rides everyone can enjoy together, and thrill rides for teens and adults. Popular options include our kid’s roller coaster, teacup ride, lollipop swings, and Ferris wheel. Each ride comes with trained operators who manage loading, safety checks, and guest flow throughout your event.

Carnival Games & Midway Attractions

No carnival is complete without classic midway games. We offer ring toss, balloon darts, duck pond, milk bottle knockdown, and dozens of other skill games. Games include all prizes, setup, and game attendants. Most games fit in a 10′ x 10′ space and can be arranged into complete midway layouts.

How Our Carnival Rentals Rentals Work

Every rental includes delivery, professional setup, on-site attendants, and breakdown. Most carnival rides require a flat outdoor surface with access to 208V or 480V power (we can provide generators if needed). Small carnival games typically require only standard 110V outlets or no power at all.

Our team arrives 2-4 hours before your event start time depending on the scope of your rental. After your event ends, we handle all breakdown and removal. You focus on your guests — we handle the rest.

Perfect For

Carnival rentals are popular for corporate events, company picnics, school carnivals, community festivals, private parties, holiday celebrations, and milestone events like Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. We’ve produced carnival experiences for groups of 50 to over 5,000 guests.

FAQ Content

How much space do carnival rides need? Space requirements vary by ride. Small kiddie rides like the Flying Tigers need about 20′ x 20′. Mid-size rides like the Teacup Ride require 30′ x 30′. Larger rides like our Ferris Wheel need 40′ x 40′ or more plus clearance. We’ll help you plan your layout based on your venue dimensions.

What power is required for carnival rides? Most mechanical rides require 208V or 480V three-phase power. We can provide generators if your venue doesn’t have sufficient electrical service. Carnival games and smaller attractions typically run on standard 110V household outlets.

Do carnival rides come with operators? Yes. All carnival rides include certified ride operators who manage safety, loading, and guest flow. Game booths also include trained attendants.

What’s the minimum rental period? Most carnival rides have a 4-hour minimum rental. Games and smaller attractions often have a 2-hour minimum. Full-day and multi-day rentals are available at reduced hourly rates.

Can you set up carnival rides indoors? Some carnival rides can be set up indoors if ceiling height and floor load capacity allow. Games and smaller kiddie rides are easiest to accommodate indoors. We’ll need your venue specs to confirm which options work for your space.

How far in advance should I book? Book 4-6 weeks in advance for carnival games and small rides. Large rides like Ferris wheels and roller coasters should be reserved 8-12 weeks ahead, especially for peak season (May-October) and holiday weekends.

What areas do you serve? We provide carnival rentals throughout New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, and the greater tri-state area. We can accommodate events nationwide with advance planning.
