How much space does the magazine booth need?
The magazine photo booth requires approximately 10′ x 10′ of floor space. This includes the booth structure, lighting, printing station, and room for guests to queue. We need access to one standard electrical outlet. We can work with smaller spaces in some configurations—let us know your venue constraints and we’ll confirm feasibility.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance, though we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines. Popular dates—especially Saturdays in peak wedding and mitzvah seasons—book earlier. Contact us with your date to confirm availability.
Can I see the magazine design before my event?
Yes. We create your custom magazine template and send a proof for your approval before your event. You’ll see exactly what your guests’ covers will look like, including masthead, headlines, colors, and layout. Revisions are included until you’re happy with the design.
How long does each photo session take?
Most guests spend 2-3 minutes at the booth—enough time to take several shots, choose their favorite, and receive their print. For events with 100+ guests, we recommend having the booth available for at least 2-3 hours to ensure everyone who wants photos can get them without long waits.
Do you offer multiple magazine options at one event?
Yes. We can set up multiple cover templates—for example, a Vogue-style option and a Sports Illustrated option—and let guests choose which cover they prefer. This adds variety and appeal for diverse guest groups.
