It varies widely based on what you need. A DJ alone might run $800-$2,000 depending on the event. A DJ plus photo booth plus two entertainers might run $3,000-$5,000. How far in advance should I book?

For standard entertainment, 4-6 weeks is usually sufficient. For peak dates (December holidays, spring mitzvah season, fall wedding season) and custom fabrication, book 2-3 months ahead. Popular DJs and specialty performers book further out.

Can you work with our venue and other vendors?

Yes. We coordinate with venues, caterers, planners, florists, and other vendors regularly. We’ll review your venue’s load-in requirements, power availability, and space constraints. We communicate with your other vendors to ensure smooth event flow.

What if we need to make changes after booking?

Changes happen. We’re flexible on adding or adjusting elements up to 2 weeks before your event in most cases. Major changes closer to the date depend on availability and logistics. We’ll always try to accommodate.

Do you provide everything needed or do we arrange some things?

We provide everything for our entertainment elements—equipment, staff, setup, breakdown. You’re responsible for venue-specific requirements like permits, power beyond standard outlets, or special insurance. We’ll tell you exactly what you need to arrange.
