How much space do VR rentals need?
Most VR experiences need 8′ x 8′ to 10′ x 10′ of clear floor space per station. We also need room for guests to queue and watch. For a single VR station, plan for 150-200 square feet total. We’ll review your floor plan and confirm what’s feasible before booking.
Are VR rentals safe for all ages?
VR headsets are generally recommended for ages 13+ due to sizing and manufacturer guidelines. However, many of our experiences work for younger guests—the ski simulator, for example, has settings appropriate for kids. We’ll discuss your guest demographics and recommend appropriate options.
What if a guest gets motion sick?
It happens occasionally. Our operators watch for signs of discomfort and guide guests through acclimation. Most of our experiences are designed to minimize motion sickness—the ski simulator, for example, syncs physical movement with visual movement, which reduces nausea. We always have seating nearby and keep sessions to comfortable lengths.
How many guests can use VR during my event?
Each VR station handles approximately 15-20 guests per hour, depending on the experience length. For a 4-hour event with 150 guests, one VR station won’t accommodate everyone. We’ll recommend the right number of stations based on your guest count and how many you want to experience the technology.
Can VR be branded for corporate events?
Yes. Many of our VR experiences support custom branding—logo placement on external displays, branded leaderboards, custom intro screens, and more. For deeper integration, we can discuss custom VR environment development for larger activations.
