Photo Mosaics

Description

Photo Mosaic Wall Rental

The photo mosaic wall is a picture built by your guests. Each photo taken during the event is printed as a tile and placed on a wall; as the night goes on, the tiles assemble into one giant image — a company logo, the couple’s portrait, the guest of honor’s face — revealed piece by piece by the people in the room.

It’s participation you can watch happen, and the finished mosaic is a keepsake for the host that no other booth produces. CoCo Events runs mosaic walls at corporate celebrations, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, and milestone parties across New York City and Long Island.

How the Photo Mosaic Wall Works

• We design the master image. Your logo, a portrait, or event artwork — set up before the event.
• Guests take photos. Each session prints a tile mapped to its spot on the wall; guests get their own print to keep.
• The image builds live. Attendants place tiles through the event and the picture emerges as the room fills it in.
• The host keeps the wall. At the end of the night the completed mosaic goes home with you.

Where the Mosaic Wall Works Best

Corporate events and milestones where a logo built by employees becomes the photo of the night, weddings where the couple’s portrait forms from guests’ faces, and bar and bat mitzvahs where the guest of honor watches their own face appear tile by tile.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many photos does it take to complete the mosaic?

It depends on the wall size and tile count we design for your guest list. Tell us the headcount and we’ll size the mosaic so it completes during the event.

Do guests keep their photo?

Yes. Guests take home their own print; their photo also becomes a tile in the wall.

Can the master image be our company logo?

Yes — a logo, a product, a portrait, or custom artwork. We set it up before the event.

How far in advance should I book?

Three to four weeks minimum; allow extra time if the master image needs design work.
